A small but experienced, well educated and motivated team is at your service for all equipment of stage, lighting and sound systems.
Situation of the scenery area
The scenery area connects directly and flat ground to the spectators room and is only separated by the main curtain. Dimensions: Width 44.0 m, depth 23.0 m, free height 9.0 m.
Lighting of the scenery area
The scenery area has an adequate lighting for work. To support events, there are lighting fixtures on two bridges with up to 80 floodlights from 0.5 to 3.0 kW. BAR 64, colour changers, Golden Scan and movinglights are available, also lateral level or planning lentils and profilers.
A lighting servo desk "Redondo" and an additional scanning control set are availabe. The lighting direction can be controlled as from cabins under the ceiling as from the spectators room (FHO). The spot room is located in the cabine sector. Two followers could be used from there, alternatively from specially installed places in the spectators room - medium sector.
If required, an additional bridge can be installed through equalizers and movable lights, on any place of the event room.
Technical equipment - Stage:
The electromotive mobile action area (stroke podest) in the dimension 20.0 m x 12.0 m takes a large part of this area, which consists of 30 single podests 2.0 m x 4.0 m, from +/- 0 up to 1.40 m height.
Each podest row has a lift of 12.0 kN and 0.4 kN/m. Any podest height can be accessed from 6 stepladders. BÜTEC shear stroke podests and plug-in podests can be used for additional podest construction up to a height of 1.0 m.
A special point pulley is in the main couple. 24 chain blocks with 5.0 kN can be directed along rails. That works together with the lifts.
The scenery area is bordered from a black round curtain. There are enough black 'Mollton' curtains, in order to border the action area.
Additional suspenders could be made through two and three point equalizers.
Organisers have direct access to the scenary area from truck parking place on the east side.

The condition of the floor
The floor is made of solid parquetry. For sports meetings there are apertures for fixing of peaces of sports equipment and to lay cables.
Electricity supply:
The electricity of the hall can be supplied via two own transformers. The power outlet is at the scenary area with:
- CEE 16 A
- CEE 32 A
- CEE 63 A
- CEE 125 A
- adequate Schuko at all outlets.
The clamping point 1 x 400 A is at the north/west side.
Exposure to sonic waves - for the hall
There are 11 fixed high-duty full-range loudspeakers for the spectators hall as well as additional 9 full-range loudspeakers for a possible scenery exposure to sonic waves, with a nominal capacity of approx. 12,000 W.
The system is controlled from audiomixer Midas XL with 44 channels in the upper spectators area.
A mobile loudspeaker system with 2 x 1.200 W is available to support other types of events. It consists of a high-wattage medium highly sound system and 4 bass loudspeakers.
Additional equipment:
- a 6-channel UHF microphone set
- 6 hand-held transmitters
optional:
- 6 pocket transmitters
- and an adequate amount of microphones (capacitor EL and dynamically microphones)
If required, visitors can use hearing aids, with 40 wireless channels.
The existing equipoise technology CD-Player, MD- Player, cassette-Player and tape possible additional equipoises or clipps at wishes.
The readability can occur between technology via Intercom.
Artist wardrobes/Catering
The wardrobes for organisers is situated in the understairs at the north side of Stadthalle. A star wardrobe is on 1st floor in the backstage. The Stadthalle available via
- 2 star wardrobes for each 1 person
- 7 single wardrobes for each 1 - 2 persons
- 2 group wardrobes for each 1 - 6 persons
- 2 team wardrobes for each 1 - 20 persons
- 1 catering room with 4-fire cooker, 2 fridges und desks
- 1 dining room for 50 persons (contiguous at the catering room)
with cold and warm drink automats
All wardrobes are furnished and equiped with shower, WC as well as cold and warm water. They are from the stage manager over a call attainable and the stage with play are brought in. Except team wardrobes all different have telephone and fax connection. Wardrobes as well as the catering room (flat ground) are directly attainable by the passenger car parking lot north side (limited capacity) by the personnel entrance or the no-waiting area. Parking can take place also in the underground parking attainable of the hotel (Holiday Inn). The current supply in the catering area is sufficiently limited.
Construction and disassembly
East-side 4 trucker parking places available for technical vehicles of organisers.
The entrance to the scenary area is directly from trucker parking place, east-side, flat ground through as the no-waiting area made door. Another door (four level) be find west-side.

Parking options
In close proximity a parking house with 650 parking places available the visitors and also the organisors. The parking area at the post office (50 m distant from the Stadthalle Cottbus) can be used. Adequate parking options be also given in the nearly field.
