Technology & Industrial Park Cottbus (TIP Cottbus)
The most interesting development and settlement area of Cottbus is located in the northern part of the city: The Technology and Industrial Park Cottbus (TIP Cottbus). Extending over 200 hectares, it is the largest connected industrial and commercial park in the Berlin- Brandenburg capital city region. With a total of 160 hectares building space in the industrial park area and 20 hectares in the commercial park area, the development provides sufficient space for one or several large scale projects.
In future, the area will be home to enterprises from the fields of technology, manufacturing and service provision.
